The body is always hard at work repairing it’s self.  What you eat  is very important when you think that every day your body is starting all over again with new cells.  You are what you eat and you are only as good as your last meal.  We worry about starting out life with a good base but everyday the body is under  reconstruction!  So give it the BEST materials to work with.
Every 3 weeks your skin replaces its self
It takes about a month for the liver repair its self.  A person’s liver will grow back within two months. 70% of the liver can be removed and 90% will grow back in a healthy person.
Red blood cells live for about four months, while white blood cells live on average more than a year
The colon cells have it rough: They die off after about four days
While brain cells typically last an entire lifetime (neurons in the cerebral cortex, for example, are not replaced when they die).
