The 7 Healing Herbs
Garlic
Ginger
Mint

Cilantro

Turmeric

Rosemary

Basil
Add the to smoothies, and in your regular foods
Add cilantro, basil, and mint to your salads
Add Garlic, ginger, Turmeric, and Rosemary to your soups
The more herbs that you add to your diet the healthier you will be
Fresh is always the best but not always available.
My next post I will tell you the nutritional facts about these herbs and  give you ideas on how to use them.
